Reilly is inspired to work with those who are seeking to understand themselves on a deeper and meaningful level. She believes that understanding yourself is always the first step in making positive changes in life. Her experiences in education, time as a university counselor, life events, and working in community mental health have led her to the unique outlook that change is simply the nature of life. With intention, practice, and understanding, all change can be positive. Reilly earned her master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology at Brenau University in May of 2026 and is now a pre-licensed professional pursuing her licensure. She is under the supervision of Cha’Ke’Sha Spencer, PhD, LPC, CPCS.
Reilly is an integrative counselor who incorporates methods and techniques from many therapeutic theories and interventions, such as ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS, and Expressive Arts therapy, with a basis in Person-Centered counseling. She believes in fostering a therapeutic environment where the client prioritizes their autonomy and freedom of choice while exploring their more vulnerable, misunderstood, and neglected parts of themselves. Reilly has experience with individuals and couples who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, identity crises, and life transitions. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, she understands the complexities of “the self” and is inspired to work with those who need a listening ear or guiding hand to find themselves in a tumultuous world.
With three years of clinical experience as a lead intern in her program, Reilly is motivated to help others find themselves and feel at home in their own minds, and to ensure that those she works with have a clear understanding of the therapeutic process every step of the way.
